2. Material Selection and Manufacturing Process of Electric Chain Hoist

Material selection is crucial to the performance and service life of electric chain hoists. Key components adopt 

high-quality materials: the lifting chain is made of high-strength alloy steel through forging and heat treatment, 

with excellent tensile strength and wear resistance;  the hook is forged alloy steel with anti-corrosion surface 

treatment;  the motor and reducer use high-quality cast iron and alloy steel for stable power output; the shell is 

made of high-strength steel plate or engineering plastic for dust and water resistance.


The manufacturing process includes multiple key steps: material cutting and forging to form core parts, 

heat treatment to improve hardness and toughness of load-bearing components, precision processing of motor 

and reducer by CNC machine tools, strict assembly and performance testing and anti-corrosion 

surface treatment. The process balances production efficiency and quality control, ensuring stable performance 

and reliable safety of each product.

with the development of industrialization and logistics industry.
